About
This is just a short excerpt for the about page.
My name is Larry Glickman. I currently serve as the Director of Network Engagement and Collaboration for the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ). I manage The Tent, the communication and collaboration platform for lay and professional leaders in the Reform Movement, and I oversee the URJ Benefits and Services program, which offers volume discounts to congregations on the products and services central to their operation.
Prior to joining the URJ, I worked as a synagogue executive director for 10 years, most recently at Temple Chai in Long Grove, IL.
I received my degree in Communications, with a concentration in Photography and Film and a minor in Jewish Studies, from the American University in Washington, DC.
I live in Buffalo Grove, IL with my wife Lynn, a public school assistant superintendent. We have two daughters Eliana and Sophie. Both are in college. Both are amazing people.
